DocSmart allows hospitals to onboard their prestigious panel of
doctors on their profile making it easier for patients to search for
and book appointments. It also syncs the appointments of a DocSmart
doctor with the hospital appointments with given access. This makes it
easier for doctors and hospitals to manage both profiles with ease.
Appointment Scheduling
DocSmart allows hospitals to take direct bookings from patients. It
does not need an operator or mediator to allocate a booking. Hospitals
can set their appointment timings of doctors and take bookings easily.
Individual doctor appointments are well managed on the appointment
dashboard.
Reception/Staff addition
DocSmart has added a feature to add staff/receptionists to manage the
dashboards of appointments of multiple doctors and reply to requests.
The staff login is made easier and on a different portal to maintain
the privacy of the owner's profile. The owner can add, and remove
staff and also manage their passwords to maintain security and
privacy.
Patient Listing
DocSmart has consolidated patients' data under one user-friendly list
with features like search, date of visits, and consulted doctors and
their history can be seen for future references. Furthermore, the
hospital can analyze its progress based on the number of patients it
receives every month, year, etc. A deeper analysis can be conducted
and actions can be taken based on the results.
Profile Sharing
Hospitals can share their DocSmart profile with users and help them
easily access their profile and book appointments. A QR code can be
printed which can help patients scan and take online appointments with
ease reducing the load of the staff.
Bed booking requests
With this unique feature, users can send a bed booking request for
themselves or their relatives for admission and elective surgeries.
Hospital staff can then connect with the patient and fulfill the
