and many more who can join and become a part of DocSmart, and we can
offer them to manage their Practice and Profession in the most easy
and incredible way.
Accessibility and Ease of Working - Online health professional
Appointment
Patients/ users can search Allied Health Professionals via a
dedicated Search portal.
Onboarded Health Professionals are seen via filters provided in the
App i.e. Near me, Cost, Speciality, Complains, Home visit, Online
consultation among others.
Those Health Professionals affiliated to any cashless insurance will
be seen as such in filters. The search label of Health Professionals
displays their Name, Clinic name, Speciality, Qualification, Years
in Practice, Rating/ Review, Clinic address with Google Maps
integration along with the fees.
Appointment Scheduling
DocSmart allows Health Professionals to take direct bookings from
Patients. It's ease of working does not require an operator or
mediator to allocate a booking. Health Professionals can set their
appointment timings along with leaves / offs and as per clinics. It
also allocates the slot interval timings between two patient’s. On
booking an appointment, the Patients are initially offered the next
available appointment, which can be rescheduled or cancelled both by
the Health Professional or Patient. Alternatively, the App also
provides the facility to choose Date and Slot Timings as per choice
while booking an appointment, subject to availability.
Prescription Modules
The OPD created has 2 types of Prescriptions : Basic Prescription
and Capture Prescription.
The Basic Prescription available on both web and mobile platforms is
easy to use on a Smartphone, with entry of data in the fields
provided.
The Capture Prescription is created for those Health Professionals
who want to continue using the pen and paper. They can write their
Prescription and capture an image of the same.
All Prescriptions written are saved in the Health Professional and
Patient login.
Profile Sharing
Health Professionals can share their profile with their Patients.
This helps the Patients to reach out directly to them, digitally.
The QR code can also be downloaded or printed and pasted for display
in their Clinics.
Digital Signature
Each Document created by the Health Professional needs to be
digitally signed by them. DocSmart helps create a Digital PIN, which
is linked to the Health Professional’s Signature, which is used for
the authentication of the Document.
Individualised Letterhead
DocSmart has an individualised letterhead for each Health
Professional with details of their Name, Speciality, Qualification,
Registration Number, Clinic Address and Timings.
Health Professionals can also choose to use their own letterhead for
the Prescription.
The Prescription is digitally signed and is authenticated by a QR
code.
PRN number
A Patient Registration number (PRN) is created for all Patients
under a particular Health Professional. This helps in identification
of a Patient. The PRN number is created such that even a non
DocSmart Member’s Prescription can be created and stored by the
Health Professionals for their records. Should the Patient
authenticate themselves in the system, the PRN number helps create a
DocSmart credential of the Patient including the past records.
Online Consultation and Video Consultation
DocSmart helps Health Professionals desirous of being available for
online and Video Consultation. During the COVID Pandemic, the vital
role of Online Consultation has been proven. DocSmart offers both
Chat and Video consultation. It gives provision to Patients to send
all their records and files as an attachment to the Health
Professionals, so that they can study the case, prior to the video
consultation. These records are saved in the Online Consultation
Module
Home Visit scheduling
DocSmart allows Patients to request for a home visit by a Health
Professional. The Health Professional can choose the date and time
of fulfilling the request. The address of the Patient is shared with
google location. Prescription module can be used by Health
Professionals on the go.
Health Professional Assistant
This is a module which can be used by the Health Professional’s
assistant to assist by scheduling Appointments, Print Prescription
for the Patient and collect the payment from the Patients. The
Health Professional can use the module by selecting in the
Prescription: Money to be collected by Reception, Appointment to be
given by Reception. The same then reflects in the Health
Professional’s Assist Module for completion by the Assistant.
Search Patients
The Search Patient functionality allows the Health Professionals to
search their Patients, as well as any Patient in the System.
They can create an OPD , Medical Certificate, request Online
Consultation, Message and Red Flag a Patient. They can also view the
last visit, next appointment and balance payable of their Patients.
The Health Professional needs to request access from the Patient, if
they are not their Patient..
Saved Prescription
All the Prescriptions created by the Health Professional are saved
in the Prescription module. They can search by Date or Patient name.
The Health Professional can also upload any Prescription they choose
to save in the app.
Saved Images
All the images of the Patient captured by the Health Professionals
are saved in the ‘Gallery’ module and can be searched by Date or
Patient name. The Health Professional can also upload any image they
choose to save in the app.
Saved Reports of Patients
Health Professionals can upload or capture a report of the patient
and save in the app. Reports generated by the laboratories can be
directly shared to the Health Professionals via the app.
Records of Documents and Certificates
Health Professionals can save their Documents and Medical
Certificates and Records in the app. COVID Certificates can be
safely uploaded in the app for quick reference and display. Records
entered in the app are automatically added in the Records module.
Online Invoice, Medical Accounts and Wallet
An online invoice is generated for all transactions done in the
system. The same can be exported externally for Accounting purposes.
Health Professionals can keep track of all their transactions done
through the app. All Online transactions are reflected in the
Wallet, which can be reclaimed 7 days post completion of service.
Flag an Abusive Patient
Health professionals can Red Flag an abusive Patient if they are
verbally or physically abused. An FIR needs to be uploaded to
display a red flag against the Patient in the system. Health
professionals can also remove the red flag if they choose to do so.
See Balance Payable of the Patient
The Patient’s label in “Appointment” as well as in “Search Patient”
displays the Balance Payable the health professional has to receive
from the patient. Health Professionals can recover the same in the
OPD module or in the Accounts module.
Review Rate your Patient
DocSmart allows the Health Professionals to review and rate their
Patients. The rating is kept anonymous.
Read and Post Blogs
Blogs module has been created in the Home Page as well as inside the
app. Both Admin as well as DocSmart Members can share blogs for all
to see.

The Medical News section of DocSmart posts the latest News in India
as well as across the globe.
